what is this GORGEOUS Dr. Suess plant??

I found this picture searching online, and I would LOOOOVE to have this in my tank. Does anyone know what it's called? It seriously looks like a Dr. Suess underwater plant. Please help ID!!!

I googled that, and it looks pretty close. Those seem a bit bushier, though; is there a more spindly version like the one in the above picture?

Same plant, lower light conditions. Most plants grow spindly like that when there is not enough light for them. They are essentially using their energy to grow up instead of bushy.
Also, it is my guess those plants just started their day as they are closed up

as the day goes on those plant leafs would open up and fan out
