What is this freshwater bug?

Coming out of the gravel, up against the glass. It has a mouth and a tail.

I did use a thin layer of organic soil from Ace under the gravel, set up like a year ago.

It sort of looks like a leech. Have you ever feed live blackworms to the tank?

No, it's not a blackworm. Do Malaysian Trumpet Snails come out of their shell? Does the shell dissolve if the pH is like 6.5? Wouldn't it die without a shell?

I know it's not a black worm. When you get live blackworms they have little leaches in with them that look like this thing that's in your tank. And no MTS cannot come out of or live without a shell.
It's a leech.

Thank you all so much. You all are a great help, especially with the links, amazing! I'm not so sure I want a leech, although, I do tend to like weird things that can keep the substrate clean and fertile. Should I keep it? Probably not. Although, I am keeping the detritus worms, I guess. I just managed to id those too.
