I just pulled this worm or leech like thing off the pectoral fin of my dwarf gourami. I netted him and poked at it with tweezers, then it detached on its own. It doesn't match the pictures of anchor worms I looked at. Nematode? I thought those were on the inside. Leech? Pretty small 3/16" but stretched out twice that. It was gross!
I know it didn't come in on a fish (I would have seen it), but I have put a lot of plants in so maybe it hatched. Which means I need to be on the watch for more.
No, nothing live. I've got flakes, shrimp and algae pellets and seaweed so far.
