Anyone know the quickest way to bring down the ph in a 180 gallons. my Ph currently is 7.9 and 30ppm, oh yea does the co2 also bring down the ph after a while? Thanks
derick, i edited my first post. Read the info on the page i linked to.
Feel free to browse through the other information on that site. It's pretty much everything you need to know for a planted tank.
I would get a 20 lb. tank of gas with a full CO2 regulator setup from Rexgrigg.com or Aquariumplants.com "Best". You will need a reactor from your canister filter outflow. If not familiar, there are loads of posts about CO2 to search.
alright thanks guys, by the way i'm not using canister and i'm not even using reactor, because my tank is running under by a wet/dry filter so therefore i use 2 co2 diffuser rated up to 200 gallons and i leave near by the backflow so it can mix through the water.
