As a kid, I had a paradise fish who lived to be around 15yrs. His tank was on our breakfast bar and he always swam over in the mornings while I was eating. My mom still has that tank. It's been up and running for about 25 years.

what your mom never told you was... it was like the episode of family matters... everytime he died they replaced him with a new one... how do you think he survived the time you took him in the bathtub with you

My clown loaches are over 10 years old. I think closer to 15. I have to go back on some forums to get an exact date. One of my angels are also about the same age.

I've had an angle for 4-5 yrs now. I had a cherry barb I got at the same time as the angle & just lost him about a month ago.

considering I just re-did all my tanks, prolly a feeder guppy I've had in my 20 for about 6 onths, or my africans, 6 months also

Before last week, I had a random assortment of tetras in my 20 gallon, some of which I had for more than 3 years.

I believe you mean Full House. Michelle took her betta in the bath tub with her. Then they had the cabinet in the kitchen filled with identical bettas in jars. Excellent response though, brought back some memories.

My first fish was a Channel Cat that lived 3 years and was over 14 inches when he died from ich :icon_cry:. He ate almost everything I put with him.

My oldest fish is a female marble angel that I've had for over 3 and a half years. She was already an adult when I got her with an aquarium I purchased on ebay. I have a couple other angels I bought soon after as well as several opaline gourami of about the same age.
