Excuse me for a probably dumb question, but what does LES mean? I know what LFS means but have seen LES in some members posts and was just wondering.

Speaking of which... we should meet up soon for Shwarma or something that resembles it real soon! The Olive tree on macdougal (off west fourth st) in the village is a nice spot.

Astor Place? That's about a half mile from Pacific on the LES

Well, not walking distance, obviously. MeowKitty and I were thinking about doing falafel lunch before the next LES meet and then end with bubble tea.

Mamouns on St. Marks is more than half a mile probably... Although you can grab your falafel and walk with it...

It's actually very walk-able, I did it in about 20 minutes on Saturday
