What do you feed your fish?

Curious what everyone likes to feed their fish to ensure optimal health and colours!

I feed my fish primarily frozen blood worms alternating with Nutrafin tropical flakes. Other days I'll give freeze dried blood worms, shrimp, algae wafers and cucumber/zucchini. I always soak the food in a couple drops of VitaChem Freshwater supplement and Garlic Guard if their picky or if I put meds in.

Omega One, with bloodworms once a week
New Life Spectrum mostly. Had bought a pack of frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp once through the past few years as well.
Frozen Hikari rotifers, mini bloodworms, baby brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and daphnia
also hikari sinking wafers and micro pellets.
live: fruit fly larvae, and starting micro & grindal worms
betta also gets fruit flies and spirulina brine shrimp

I have lots of house plants in my room and thus I tend to get fruit flies. I ought to try giving them to my betta. Good to know!

She's probably using a wingless variety of fruit flies. And what you have is probably fungus gnats.

Yep, I have d.melanogaster cultures - little wingless fruit flies. The fish seem to love them.

damn good stuff.

i do frozen blood worms 100% all the way.
I feed my rams and tetras NLS Thera-A, Ken's premium tropical flakes, and bloodworms once a week. Plecos, otos, and amano shrimp get zucchini and Ken's veggie wafers. My betta gets NLS betta pellets.
Hikari micro pellets & mini algae wafers, live blackworms, blanched zucchini, and occasionally shrimp pellets which are kinda messy but my fish and inverts clean it up well. Everyone in my tank is also welcome to all the green hair and black beard algae that that they can eat :)
