I foubnd this floating in my tank. I suspect someone is growing some baby fish.

I have a Gourami, a few angels, a cat, and some other things in there.

The gourami is the one that sits under it so i suspect it belong to him. her.
The other gourami died the day that i discovered the bubble pile. I suspect that i got a bad batch of gourami. He lived for 3 weeks and seemed OK, but I noticed he was getting pretty weak the day before i found him dead.

So....what do I do with this thing? It's been there for 3 days now. Should i remove it or leave it?

umm spoon it out or get that poor fellow a girl he's busting his butt to make a pretty nest to get a good woman to stop by .

my bettas do that semi regularly in all my tanks.

it's a bubble nest the male gourami built..
No girlies for him so, you can destroy it if you want.

yes. when you look at a male gourami his dorsal extends toward the tail fin , where as the females dorsal stops more abruptly. also if its dwarf gouramis he female is smaller, and some variates the female has less color. what kind do you have?

All strains, not some. I can only guess 3 color variants are available. Females are rather drab whereas males are colorful.

i think mine is dwarf. blue and red.
