I know all about fish, but what are common diseases shrimp get?

Black spot disease is one, colored shrimp seem to get black on the sides on their head and it can spread eventually to the rest of the shrimp.

I also had some parasite problems as detailed in this thread.

Mostly bacterial problems between the shell and soft tissue. Stems from poor water quality and/or continual stress. There are parasites like vorticella which are pretty nasty.
