I love the Seachem Ammonia Alert and it has really helped me out a lot on real time monitoring of the ammonia.

I was wondering what type of chemical is on those badges?

There is just a little dab of that chemical however it last a year. Does anyone know what exactly that stuff is that is able to react and change color based on the ammonia level?
