Beside green beans, have peas been used?I was wondering if it fouls the water to quickly?

Going to feed fresh organic spinach,zucchini and carrots but was wondering about canned vegetables

Thanks for the advice going to start with organic spinach, the calcium is what I’m looking for.I have plenty of algae on the tank walls and it’s heavily planted.
