My 3g picotope betta tank is looking ugly. I don't have enough light on it to grow plants and tired of looking at a dirty tank. I want to clean it up and make it look nice what else could I do to it to make it look okay?

Posting some pictures of the tank in the Tank Journal or Aquascaping forum and asking for specific suggestions would be a good start.

Clean it up some and it was 10x worse before I took this pic.
