What are these creatures?

So i pulled a plant out of my 7.5 gallon and this was in one drop of water that fell off the plant. I dont see these visibly moving in tank but i know i had a strong infestation of little white bugs before i added 3 endless live bearers. They had disappeared and i assumed were eaten. Problem is that I am going to shortly add some expensive shrimp and i think these will be bad for them? Whats the best way to get rid without harming snails or fish. Just shocked at the amount on one drop from the plant (a buce)
