I know this isnt exactly a low tech question, bet hey you guys are cool. Im going to start a nano planted tank and im also looking to get experience with PC's so whats a good cheap PC system, or build my own

wow, lot of posts, yes sorry i should have said power compact lighting, thought thats what you would all think first.
And as much as researching myself can help, we learn from asking.

Oh and im going to be using it on a 2.5 and a 5 gallon. So yeah what are good cheap systems or DIY? Im really suprised many people thought about computers lol.
