I just purchased a watersprite plant from a LFS that I had intended to float. However, this plant was buried in the substrate in the LFS. Will this plant do ok floating or do I have to bury it. Some of the roots hang out of the water right now.

Should do fine floating.

I have mine floating and most of the branches are good. Once in awhile you will get one that shoots out of the water and drys up.

I know they normally do well as a floater, but someone told me that since the plant was buried at the LFS then it should stay buried and it might die as a floater.
