Depends on how high it has to go. I'm a Magdrive fan. Just incredibly dependable for me over the years. Remember to take the head into consideration when you decide. I'm pretty sure they have a chart for what the outflow looks like at X feet of head.

I should've added that I've had over a dozen over the years and ran into exactly one problem with a cracked ceramic shaft that was a snap to replace. The two 9.5's I currently use are approaching a ripe age of 10 years or so.
I have had great success with Rio pumps, myself.
