I'm guessing this is the nano diffuser you bought?

Mine has some water in it, but works normally. I kinda like it as it's a bit like a bubble counter. I believe I've read that you can get the water out by shaking the bejesus out of the thing (carefully!), if it bothers you. I might go ahead and shake the water out at some point, but so far it's not really bothering me so I haven't bothered.
