So, last week I found my first berried shrimp! Now I have 6 yay!
Today is water change day though... Is there anything special I should do for a water change? Skip it? Do a smaller change?
I'm SO EXCITED for the mama shrimps! But I'm so nervous lol.

Just do what you normally do, at least thats what I do and I don't have issues

I don't think doing the WC is harmful, unless it's like a big change with water that doesn't match your parameters.

It wouldn't hurt to make the water change smaller, and/or make it less intrusive(stressful) if possible, and/or add the replacement water more slowly.

How much water do you normally change? Have you changed any before with berried moms in there without any effect? As long as it's a 10-20% water change, I don't see a problem.

Shouldn't be a problem, make sure you get the temperature as close as possible or a degree or two warmer (and of course get the other parameters in line). Cold water is a big factor in molting so when I do water changes with lots of berried females I tend to make my water a little warmer than tank temp. YMMV.

I only do 10% water change with berried shrimps. Don't want to change water parameters with berried shrimps.
