The fertilizer you have will probably not supply the needs of the aquarium plants.
Fish food supplies most of the nutrients that plants need in a low tech tank.
It tends to be low in potassium and iron.
A good way to get started with potassium and iron is a product called Leaf Zone.
Ditto the above comment about not adding Clown Loaches to this tank. If you really want to add Loaches you could get a smaller Loach such as Zebra and get 5 of them. Clowns get way too big for a 55, especially when you keep them in the social group they need to be in.
