what is it and is there any efficient way to get rid of besides manual removal? you can see them in 2 of my tank, i didn't buy them , they came with what i bought i assume, unseen at first, but now is taking over my tanks. 2 tanks on the right.

This looks like Utricularia gibba, which can be quite a nuisance. The best way is just stay with persistent manual removal (persistent being key). If you leave even a small fragment, it will continue to grow and multiply.
