I will be away from my 10 gal tank for 7 days.
My question is how much of a dose of ferts b4 I go?
Should I change my lighting time? (shorter)?
I have DIY Co2 and mostly Blyxa with some L. Aromatica.
I use Seachem ferts and dose according to their parameters.
Any help appreciated

If your tank isn't overstocked, 7 days without your presence shouldn't matter much. I have left my tanks alone for 4 weeks several times and there were never any problems when I came back, just a big need for pruning.

You could reduce the light period or intensity, perhaps lift up the canopy to lower light intensity, and run the tank a bit cooler.

In any case, I wouldn't worry about the ferts. If the tank is running well, it can handle a week or two without dosing.

i would just leave the lights out. the plants will barely need any nutrients that way so you dont have to worry about dosing. if you have algae it would be a great time to do a blackout.

unless you have plants that require high amounts of light they should be fine. and if anything happens to them they should bounce right back
