Hi guys new to forums but not the hobby.
I was hoping for some advice

I have a fluval roma 200 heavily planted moderately stocked all with nano fish and shrimp etc

I was looking at getting the "all pond solutions external filter with uv sterilizer"

My main concern is that I use easyCarBo everymorning for co2 an profito after my weekly water change.

What effects would this kind of filter have with my dosing

Pros cons and general opinions to help me decide

Thanks in advance

Is there a separate switch to turn of the UV? In general, you wouldn't want to run the UV constantly anyway, only when you have algae or bacterial blooms. Replacing UV bulbs constantly could get expensive. As far as breaking down easycarbo and nutrients, I doubt the UV would harm it.
