Hi everyone,

I've had my Turbo Twist 3x running since Sunday at noon and it seems to be working. Within three days the green fog went from a bright healthy looking green to a darker dying looking green. At that point I did a 1/3 water change and it's been pretty much a whitish semi cloudy situation since then. So it must be working darn good. But it's not super clear yet. Does this take a few weeks?

My 3x will clear up my 29-gallon of mild green water in about 3-4 days. It also depends on the rate of flow.

OK sounds about right then as I have a 72 gallon it was completely green when I installed the UVS. My Eheim 2215 is rated at 165 GPH.

Probably two days and another WC youll be all good.

mine took about a week, two water changes, and adding some carbon for a while to the filter to clear up the cloudy water.
