Using fish tank fertalizer for terrestrail plants?

So I have a brown thumb when it comes to plants that are not in the water. I recently was given some semi-delicate plants and was wondering if it was possible to fertalize them with the liquid solution of plant fertalizer I make for my ten gallon fish tank? I dose KNO3, KH2PO4, and the micro's. The plants are just in regular potting soil so I was hoping I could just make a batch of liquid fertalizer and water them with that to make super happy plants.

Even better than trying to dose using the powders... Use the water from water changes to water your plants. It will contain nutrients and organics that will keep your plants plenty happy!
I use the water from my tanks exclusively for watering my jade plants, and numerous other houseplants.
Awesome, I'll have to start doing that. Just wanted to make sure it wouldn't harm them because I know root remover is pure KNO3.
