Uprooted flame leaf

I did my water change today and I had to move my flame leaf or I would if had to rearrange my entire tank around it, I didn't pull it all the way out of the substrate (Super fine gravel) I just gently moved it while it was in the gravel,and added a root tab, by doing that I didn't possibly harm or put it through shock did i?

Stress...probably. Is it big deal..I highly doubt it.
