Looks like your off to a good start! Nice improvement from the beginning. As far as the flower it may just be a pad its shooting up its up to you if you want to trim it off or not. Duckweed is a pain to completely rid of completely sometimes it may take a couple tries but it is doable.

Hey guys... so I jave slowly started to accumulate more and more plants so my tank is starting to look like a planted tank and not just an algae fest!!!
Right now I am running 2 wpg and diy co2...
