Unknown Nymphaea (Please Help!)

I bought this nymphaea from a pet store, but the pet store didn't have the name for it...
If you think you know what this nymphaea is, please tell me!

It could be Tiger Lotus in one growth stage of it's possible color variations, but it may well be Nymphaea Zenkeri. It's either one or the other.

Tiger lotus (Nymphaea zenkeri)is what I think that plant is. The leaves look too yellow, it might be hungry.

What should I give it? It doesn't have any roots right now...
My substrate is some sort of normal gravel mixed with API pure laterite...
The only fertilizer that I have right now is Tetra Flora Pride.
It's N-P-K is 0-0-3, the fertilizer is basically iron and potassium.

It claims that it has fast-acting leaf absorption...
Guaranteed Analysis:
Soluble Potash(K20).................................3.00%
Iron(Fe)..................................................0.19%
Water Soluble Iron(Fe)..............................0.19%

The Tiger lotus can be red or yellowish green. I have one of each.
You should check the fert section of the forum for ideas to add to your dosing routine.

I would use Tetra root tabs, they're sold as 25pk and 75pk.
