It could be Tiger Lotus in one growth stage of it's possible color variations, but it may well be Nymphaea Zenkeri. It's either one or the other.
I would use Tetra root tabs, they're sold as 25pk and 75pk.What should I give it? It doesn't have any roots right now...

The only fertilizer that I have right now is Tetra Flora Pride.
It's N-P-K is 0-0-3, the fertilizer is basically iron and potassium.
It claims that it has fast-acting leaf absorption...
