Hello,

I noticed these little white specs on plant roots and the gravel over the last couple weeks. I used the microscope at work to take these pictures as an indication of the size the piece of Eco-Complete they're on is around 1/4" in size.

I noticed some cyclops around the same time so I would like to know if that's what these are? They are showing up all over so if i can stop them that would be great.

are they moving fast or barely moving?

the spots on the gravel are not moving. Its hard to see in the pic but under a microscope they almost look like empty sacs. The Cyclops i can see in the tank seem to move fairly quick.
