Unidentified Java Fern Disease
A while back I posted on an unknown issue affecting my java fern:

Though I was unable to identify what it is or even whether or not it is in fact a disease (someone familiar with marine algae supposed they were a form of gas chamber the plant itself was producing), I ended up removing and destroying all Java Ferns from all of my tanks.
I thought it might be helpful for others who are affected by this particular problem to offer an update:
After waiting 3 months I ordered a large amount of java fern to replace what I removed. 2 months later, I'm disappointed to say, that it has returned. I'm not sure if this timeline helps to narrow down the possibilities of what this could be but I wanted to put it out there for others, who like myself, are searching for answers to this.
