I have a 60 gallon rimless tank with a set of 16/22 Lilly pipes (inlet is also a surface skimmer). I’m trying to limit what is in the tank and was wondering if it would be possible to essentially use a T connector and hook up both a fluval 307 and a fluval 407 and use the same inlet/outlet Lilly pipes.

Is this doable? Would the flow be too restricted stepping down that much?
