Tube Worms?

Hello everyone,

I was peering into my small nano planted tank and noticed there was a little "tubie" creature crawling around and a few on the plants. They look to be some type of tube worm though I couldnt find an exact picture of the ones I have online to 100% confirm it. Anyone ever had these? Does anyone know how their relationship is with shrimp?

I'd agree with it being a hydra. But I didn't know they crawled around... Thought they just kinda floated until they land and stick there if it's a good spot or release and try the float again! Could totally be wrong, I've never had a bout of them myself.
