It's hydra, many people saying it came from overfeeding. I don't think is right, i had my new tank set up last time.
Still under cycling progess, i saw one tiny hydra. Iam assuming the problem came from new soil.
Get dog demower(fenbendazole), use a pinch of it and mixed with water in different jar stirr them outside your tank, and treat spoted using a turkey baster.
