I know it is early for a question like this, but anyone in NY/Northeast area raise any fish or plants in small tubs on a deck or patio? If so what kind of setup do you use? What time of the year do you start? Can RCS or other shrimp be raised outside? Trying to gather ideas as I want to try something come springtime.
