trying to find red cherry shrimp in va

Does anyone know where I can find red cherry shrimp in central va for sale that don't cost an arm or leg? I only need a few since my tank is small. Everywhere I look its like 3 bucks for one shrimp. They breed well so I don't kn ow why they cost so much. I'm in Fredericksburg va so anywhere u might know of that has them would be great. Thanks
