Treating Fungus - plants ok?

Hi all, unfortunately a couple of my fish have developed some fungus in their fins. Can I treat the tank without damaging the plants or do I have to take the fish out to a quarantine tank?

I unfortunately have my quarantine tank stocked with the discus and don´t have a spare...

Will the plants suffer damage? what medicine do you recomend for fungus? (It´s the typical cloudy fin type of fungus)
