Is this too much light? Thanks for any input

I started with two 160 lumen led's and a blue led bar over the tank.

Later, I Velcro taped two F4T5 bulbs to the side of the cover. Very easy to take on and off.

Then I got the crazy idea of putting a F15T8 w/ plant grow bulb. I know it defeats the purpose of having a fluval edge, but since i'm at work I can't see it, and it comes of when i get home.

They total up to 27 watts over a 6 gallon. I've got CO2 and I'm on a regular fert schedule. The thing is they're a mix of smd led's, T5 and T8 bulbs. My question is, how much lighting do I have(par wise)? How much light is lost through a tank like this? Will I burn my plants?

Cheers

So you have 4.5 wpg and I figure your lights should be on only 5.5 hrs per day, but it works a little different with a small tank. 27w is not very much but may be enough in your case, how long do you leave them on? Plus in the first photos it was too dark around the edges and the last photo looks better to me, but the tank looks like it has an open top so you wouldn't lose any effect from the lights.

They're on for 10 hrs per day. The only plant with algae on it is the Anubias barteri 'Petite' , which I've heard are prone to algae due to their slow growth. Some of my wisteria are turning brown on the edges of the leaves. Is this from too much light or not enough nutrients?

Thanks for your help
