It only requires a level 2 access permit and PPQ form 526 for shipment to some states. Not sure about you specific state requirements. I have removed it from the sale list.

They are being grown under highlight, heavy EI ferts, and injected CO2. I am sure that most would do ok under low light, except for the Rotala and Ludwigia glandulosa.

His plants are HEALTHY, too! I got quite a few kinds from him and didn't find a brown leaf in the bunch. And there were lots of them ~ he's generous. You'll definitely be pleased.

A lot of plants left. These are all still growing in the tanks, so you will most likely get some extras. They will not be cut until sold so they will ship fresh.
