My 75 is a few days away from putting fish in and I am Getting a good amount of bio media from my friends filter. It has been in there for a bit over a month. And my tank is already heavily planted. I'm doing lots of water changes. And the plants have already started to grow. I will also be putting water in from my already established planted tank. When do I add the bio media?

Thanks

A day before you add your fish should be fine. Even the day of should be fine.

Since your aquarium is heavily planted, you might not even see a cycle (a silent cycle) since the plants will be absorbing most of the ammonia that the fish release.

I'm tryin to skip a cycle completely with the added media.
The seeded media will probably also help, but the fact that your aquarium is heavily planted will also contribute.
