Thoughts on this LED light???

I'm new here to the forums so first off hello :grin2:

Anyway onto the question, i've been running a 50G high tech planted tank using 4x T5-HO Fluval Bulbs with great results, but the problem is over here in Asia, it seems that T5 lighting is almost completely being replaced by LED lighting, meaning i'm about to make the jump myself due to decent quality bulbs in the right K levels just not being available locally...

So after a lot of looking around i've kind of got my eyes set on this ZETLIGHT setup (ZETLIGHT), but can't seem to find many reviews regarding how good they actually are for growing plants, so i am hoping maybe someone here is using this system, or something similar and can weigh in with how they feel about theirs???

Otherwise, i would love to hear what some of the planted tank Guru's here have to say about this light setup and whether or not you think it will grow mid and high light plants well in a 50G thats 36" X 18" X 18"???

Thanks in advance for any help...

-EDIT-

Thought by adding a photo of my tank might help give better idea of what i'm working with...

dles that light do a 24/7 revolution like finnex planted 24/7?
After i went examining these lights thoroughly today i can tell you for certain that it has the following features as far as lighting modes:

Can create 5 stages of lighting, which is fully programmable for light intensity + color + time period at each stage

The 5 normal stages basically consist of Early Morning / Sunrise / High Noon / Sunset / Night

It also has a cloudy day feature, as well as lightning feature if i'm not mistaken, although these two features aren't as useful for me, but neat none the less...

The light itself is a 200W unit that uses 2 CREE bulbs for white light + something like 24 or 36 LED lights, so when i saw it on display at the store on full blast it looked like it could be even brighter than what i'm running now which is 4x 39W bulbs at 6700K

I'm also hoping by it being able to be tweaked at these levels i can maybe bring out the blues even more on my B. Blue Brownie plant :p

PAr for a reef light so there is that.
Other than that a long post:
Zetlight QMaven ZT6600 and ZT6500**Updated new product**

Not seeing any red flags (nothing out of normal for current design ideas) but as a general statement, I'd lean to matching your current WATT output by at least 1/2 if not closer to 1:1..
No matter how you cut it 4 T5ho's is a lot of light and a good spread..
Just a rough "review"...
Don't know which model you are referring.

This is the product i've been looking at if it helps http://www.zetlight.com/index.php/component/content/article.html?id=91, with a link in my original post although should have made it more clear :)

I think if i remember correctly, the lights itself (not the housing) is spread over around 22-24" so on a 36" tank i'm guessing i should get enough spread???

-EDIT- The Zetlight Pro is basically an older model of the one i'm posting about now btw...

both links die in my browser for some reason..
not crazy about using colored multichips and only 2..
But this is a design choice and there are things that I'm assuming they do that I personally don't like BUT that is personal.
no 660nm, no cyan..

doesn't imply it doesn't work..just not ideal in my mind.

Reef-centric light suppliers are rarely experts w/ freshwater design.
Only thoughts though.
there website is user un-friendly..

Thanks for the info, so may i ask, what disadvantages might i run into without the 660nm + Cyan bulbs for a planted tank??? Since i've always gone with the unless something is off / un-balanced, its all good in my tank...

Thanks, i checked that one out and unfortunately they only talk about the reef version of the lights...

It is just a color balance thing..

^ Thanks for that... i guess i'll just have to be a guinea pig and try out the system and see how we go... worse comes to worse, guess i could always sell it locally and see what other options i have...
