That was not co2 it was oxygen..... Those devices have been used for almost 2 decades now in waste managment and water distribution. Ever wonder why your tap water is 100% saturated with o2 even though its traveled several miles in a sealed air (and water....lol) tight pipe 4ft under... Helps stop anaerobic neg biofilming like legionairs in the system... That was a small display prototype for advertising....
