Here is the tank get up so far, it is a low tech 55 gallon set up, and Pool filter sand substrate.

Lighting is a dual 48" shop light w/ 6,500k bulbs. I Will be switching to a shop light that holds 4 48" bulbs here in the next week.

Currently dosing my tank with seachem flourish 2x per week. Also dose seachem equilibrium after every water change. Also use seachem root tabs for the heavy feeders. I have some other seachem bottles that others have given me like seachem iron and excel, but i never used them and I am not sure how to use them. Would like to use these, I suppose, till I get enough mula to buy the dry ferts.

Now when I go the dry ferts route, how do i go about it? What ferts, macros and micros, etc. do I buy? How much do I dose? I am fairly new to planted tanks so I really need the advice and direction.
