I'm thinking of doing CO2 on my upcoming 75G build and came across a listing on my local Craigslist where the seller was selling this:

Hydroponics Pro Co2 regulator
Fluval bubble counter
Hydrox Co2 glass diffuser,
Hydrox glass drop checker
10 lb. CO2 tank, filled
Tubing

Having never done CO2 before, how does the above look? He's asking for $150 for everything above. I know CO2 stuff can get pretty pricey depending on the gear so obviously I'm looking at the $ here but don't want to buy something that I will regret.
