The first tank doesnt bother me so much, sure it has a lot of fish but they are small and you could keep up with it with frequent large WCs. The 2nd tank is just sad...

Haha! It's a good idea right?

But among the, um, heavy stock I spot 5 Bala Sharks, 2 Angelfish, 1 Rainbow Shark, a crapload of Guppies, 10+ Tiger Barbs, Platies, Hatchetfish, Black Skirt Tetras, some Gouramis, and many other fish. Very interesting stock indeed. :icon_roll

I am now considering putting wheels on all my aquariums so I can tow them around behind my bicycle. I mean, you never really know when you will need to quickly transport your tank and backpack straps just are not practical.

i think he walked into the LFS and said i'll take 5 of everyhthing, and put them all in one bag please.

I saw the same tank while I was looking for mine. Some of the prices on CL are ridiculous. These people think they have show tanks or something and want to charge large amounts of $$$ for it.....

The guy I got my tank from was not :icon_idea .... In his ad he did not state fish comes with tank or that the tank had to be taken down.... I get there and me and my bf had to take tank down. Their fish probably died over night because I didn't want them they where salt water fish .....

If he would have told me I could have had people come get the live rock and the fish :icon_conf

some of the comments we got while taking tank down where :

" lets catch the fish first"

Yes lets try to catch the fish with tank full of water and the rocks. If we where not there they would have spent weeks trying to get fish out.

" you want gold fish? woah you could put 100 in there " LOL

his gf : " do you guys want to pick tank up and pour the sand and water out"

There was too much sand and water when she said this :hihi:

Hey, 750 for that tank is not too bad...I mean, just imagine how much store credit you could get for all those fish! lol Anyway, the first one is prolly another "walmart shopper". You see a neat looking, little fish, buy it, put it in your tank, and later on, it is a 12-15 inch Oscar. Same thing is going to happen to this guy. ON picture number two, OH MY GOSH! That one is a tad bit obvious, don't you think o_O I can kind of understand picture number one, thinking they will not get any bigger, but on picture number two...he is kind of big already.
