I have a 7-gallon tank and I have a dwarf crayfish and some shrimp rn, can I get a few thai micro crabs? Will they eat the baby shrimp?
lol, I kinda like that. How do I feed them? or help them feed? since they filter feedersShould be fine, but thai micro crabs are SUPER tiny, once you put them in you'll probably never see them again.
Oh ok, yeah I might just crush up a pellet then everyone will get food. How many could I get? Rn its 7 gallon 12 x 12 x 12 planted with 6 (take or give a few) shrimp, 1 dwarf crayfish, and 1 snail. When I had them I always just hoped that they were finding food on their own, you could also crush up a pellets and sprinkle them in.
well yeah, so no?If the crayfish can catch them, it will eat every crab you got
Im gonna try one first and see how it goes then get more if it does good. 👍You can, but I wouldn't because micro crabs are passive and slow and can't run away like shrimp can. Thai crabs are pretty interesting to watch though so maybe set up a second tank?![]()
