Can someone help me figure out some aquatic plants that are not in the high light range, grow tall and/or nice big broad leaves?
I have a 110g tall and I need it to be filled out more. Vals, Hygrophila Corymbosa Siamensis and swords aren't really doing much, slowly getting somewhere. Crypts, Nymph Taiwan & Rotala Indica are doing well in there, based on that, seems like the tank has low lighting. Total of 160 watts over it.
Unless I made hanging baskets along the walls or shelves, I don't see the stragglers getting anywhere.

Uhm, "4-ft 2 light T 12".
I have Leaf Zone & special dry mix I can add. I'm doing a 50% w/c now and will add both after I'm done. Going to add some root tabs and other substrate pills later today or tomorrow.

Hi secuono,

I would suggest any of the Aponogeton species, about the same lighting requirement as Nymphoides sp 'Taiwan'.

Agreed, I had an aponogeton ulvaceous that I named Monster. It started out as this little foot tall sprig and in two weeks it filled out and grew 6" lol. I was using a marineland doublebright led, so definitely not high light.

I have a Aponogeton Ulvaceus, it's in my 40b though. I'm wanting another of it and some different kinds in the family.
