It's hard to tell from the pic but the plant in about 12" tall. When I got it, It was about 3" and was sold as a 3" Aquatic Plant. That's the only thing it said on the package.

It might be a Ruffled sword (Echinodorus martii), but I think it's E. uruguayensis.

If the sword takes over the entire tank the leaves get more and more ruffled, then it's E. martii.

I agree with E. uruguayensis. I just ordered some E. martii and they have a more wavy/ruffled leaf.
