Having issues with my dwarf sword and val.

3.5 gal tank with aquasoil - started late Dec 2015.
Injecting CO2 and dosing .5ml of excel daily.
Using ADA Brighty K and Green Brighty Step 1 daily.
Light is on about 5-1/2 hrs daily.

The Val melting could be from the Excel - not sure.
The Sword I have no idea what I'm looking at.
It was growing fine for a while and now it's not growing at all.
Please advise.
