Curious also if this is enough surface agitation for this tank? Concerned about oxygen levels for the shrimp. I'd rather not have more hardware in the tank than I already have.

Looks plenty... especially with that item on the right, it may also be providing oxygen to the tank.

Nope. Looks good. Might be losing some CO2 but should be plenty of O2 in that water.
