Hi guys, this is really strange. A couple of weeks ago my beta fish died, I removed him but didn't clean the bowl. Now it looks like there are fry in the bowl. How could this be, it was a male beta? I thought maybe its just mosquitoe larvae or something but it looks exactly like the angel fry I had a couple of years ago. What could this be?

How big are they? My first guess would be copepods, since they look a bit like newly hatched fish fry with their round body and long tail. They cling to the glass surface and sometimes swim around.
