Hi everyone,
I recently bought an API water softener pillow, because my GH is a bit too high due to constant evaporation.
However, it only works for 48 hours at a time before a recharge is required. Since I don't need it 24/7, I store it in a aquarium salt solution most of the time.
Does anybody know how long it can be stored in the salt solution for (days, weeks, months) without damaging the resin? In addition, how many cycles of charging/usage can it usually perform?
